 Born out of a love of food and a desire to create, Cocina de La Sirena is the product of a mother-daughter team that emerged from family dinners and a love of community that comes from creating beautiful home-cooked meals combined with the magic of tequila and a good bottle of wine. With roots grounded in New Mexico, the cuisine and flavors were common in the daily meals at the family table. La Sirena pays homage to those roots in our Latin Inspired Menu. Along with our love for the cuisine is our desire to honor the place we call home -Mother Earth. La Sirena is a “slow food” Bistro that embraced sustainable foods and ethical omnivorism. We support local farms throughout the year and are committed to sourcing organic produce & dairy, pastured - beef, poultry & pork, and sustainable seafood. Our menu changes seasonally according to availability.
